London (site-based with some office / remote flexibility)
Role Purpose
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of the company's restaurant social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok. The Social Media Executive will own content scheduling, publishing, community management and performance reporting, working closely with photographers, videographers and site teams. The role is hands-on and operational, with an expectation to both manage professionally produced content and create reactive, in-venue content independently. A strong understanding of Meta Business tools and a working knowledge of paid social advertising is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage Instagram and TikTok accounts for the restaurant brands
Plan, schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite and native platform tools
Work with photographers and videographers to brief, organise and deploy content effectively
Create original in-venue content including short-form video, stories and reactive posts
Maintain brand tone of voice, visual standards and messaging consistency
Monitor comments, messages and mentions, responding in a timely and professional manner
Escalate guest issues appropriately in line with company guest recovery processes
Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth and conversions
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actions
Stay up to date with platform trends, formats and algorithm changes
Support paid social activity where required, including audience targeting and post boosting
Liaise with site teams to capture live moments, launches, menu changes and events
Ensure all content aligns with UK advertising standards and brand guidelines
Paid Advertising (Preferred)
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Experience boosting posts and supporting paid social campaigns
Understanding of basic audience targeting and budget optimisation
Ability to work alongside senior marketing leadership on campaign execution
Skills and Experience
Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok for a brand, ideally within hospitality
Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite and native analytics tools
Confident shooting and editing short-form video content using a mobile device
Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail
Organised and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Creative, proactive and commercially minded
Comfortable working independently and within a wider marketing team
Knowledge of UK advertising and promotional compliance is advantageous

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
