We are busy aesthetic clinic in the heart of Kensington with a strong social media presence. We are dynamic and close team and you will be working directly with the clinic owner and the clinic manager.
We are looking for an in-house social media manager who can:
1. Manage our socials. The main one is Instagram but we also post on TikTok and YouTube.
2. Come up with creative ideas to grow the accounts and bring leads to the clinic. Finding viral content and working quickly.
3. Take photos and videos in clinic when needed and do all the necessary editing.
4. Create effective marketing funnels
5. Tracking data and analysing it to grow engagement and following.
6. Write website copy and blog posts. Work with the SEO team.
7. Work on newsletter and create automations for marketing funnels.
8. Create and work on paid ads on socials. And any other additional creative or marketing work.
Looking for full time but happy to consider part time for the right person.
Skills
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and techniques.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to target audiences.
Analytical skills to interpret data from analytics platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.
Organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and storytelling.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
