We're looking for a Social Media Manager who's ready to take ownership of our social presence, grow thriving communities, and shape how the world experiences our brand .



This role sits at the heart of our Content Team and focuses on three key pillars:



? Crafting and executing bold, organic social strategies across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Reddit

Partnering with our performance and creative teams to launch high-impact paid and organic campaigns

Bringing ideas to life through trend-forward, visually stunning, thumb-stopping social content



You'll have real autonomy to experiment, move fast, and build momentum because at Nscale innovation isn't just encouraged, it's expected. We're building an AI-first company .


What You'll Do





Own and evolve our social media strategy to amplify Nscale's brand and thought leadership

?? Create and publish high-performing content, from clever copy to eye-catching videos

Build and engage communities of AI builders, innovators, and decision-makers

Analyse and optimise performance to drive growth, reach, and meaningful engagement

Collaborate across teams from performance marketing to creative to align campaigns and messaging

Stay ahead of trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and culturally tuned-in

Lead partnerships with influencers, creators, and internal advocates to expand our voice


Who You Are





5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing (tech or AI preferred)

A deep understanding of B2B social strategy and how to make complex tech content inspiring

A natural storyteller who blends creativity with data-driven insight

Skilled at executive comms, employee advocacy, and community building

Passionate about using AI tools for both day-to-day management and creative output

Proficient with tools like Figma, Hootsuite or Sprout, and social analytics platforms

Energised by fast-paced, high-ownership environments where you can make things happen
