Dental Social Media Manager

to take the lead on our clinic's digital presence. You'll manage our Marketing Executive and work closely with our Clinical and Creative Directors to ensure all online content reflects our brand's trusted, patient-focused identity.

This is a hands-on role where you'll shape our online voice, plan and deliver engaging content, build influencer and patient-ambassador relationships, and keep us ahead of digital trends in the dental and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities

Social & Creative Direction

Develop and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy to grow and engage audiences across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Work closely with the Creative Director and clinical team to ensure all content is visually strong, educational, compliant, and on-brand. Plan a cohesive content flow aligned with treatment promotions, patient journeys, and before-and-after storytelling. Oversee content planning, production, and scheduling from concept through to execution. Manage, support, and guide the Marketing Executive to ensure high-quality, consistent output. Identify new trends, aesthetics, and voices within dental, beauty, and wellness spaces.

Campaigns & Content Creation

Lead creative direction for social shoots, content days, and patient testimonial sessions. Confidently capture and produce engaging visuals, both independently and alongside the team. Collaborate with clinicians, reception, and treatment coordinators to ensure campaigns are cohesive across all touchpoints. Support creation of paid ads, newsletters, patient education pieces, and website updates.

Influencer & Patient Ambassador Strategy

Develop and own the influencer and ambassador strategy, nurturing relationships with relevant creators and local partners. Manage all gifting, invitations, and collaboration outreach to ensure brand alignment and compliance with dental advertising standards. Stay ahead of digital culture, identifying rising voices in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and smile-transformation content.

Partnerships & Collaborations

Lead dental and wellness collaboration projects from idea to launch. Pitch and manage partnerships with influencers, local businesses, and aligned brands. Bring fresh ideas for co-branded campaigns, patient events, and cross-clinic initiatives. Oversee outreach, creative development, approvals, and campaign launches. Constantly look for new, culturally relevant opportunities that elevate the brand.

Organisation & Reporting

Maintain the full social, marketing, and content calendar. Deliver weekly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Ensure all content and campaigns are delivered with clarity, consistency, and clinical accuracy. Stay reactive--no comment, message, or opportunity goes unnoticed. Bring energy, precision, and creativity to keep the clinic ahead of digital trends.

About You

3+ years' experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand management--ideally within health, beauty, dental, or lifestyle sectors. Strong creative eye and understanding of aspirational, patient-focused branding. Confident, proactive, and self-driven in a fast-paced environment. Deep platform knowledge and understanding of social-first education, transformation storytelling, and patient trust-building. Skilled in content creation, photography, editing, and directing on and off set. Passionate about what's new in wellness, digital culture, and aesthetic trends.
