The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not about trends or virality - it's about alignment.

You'll work closely with artists and internal strategy leads to plan, manage, and optimise social content that supports releases, builds recognition, and compounds over time.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, thinks critically, and understands the realities of working with artists.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Managing Instagram and TikTok accounts for independent artists Planning and scheduling content aligned to releases and wider strategy Working with artists on content ideas that feel authentic and sustainable Editing images and short-form video content (or briefing edits clearly) Monitoring performance and adjusting approach based on real engagement Supporting Meta growth activity in collaboration with strategy leads Keeping artists consistent without overwhelming them

What We're Looking For

Experience managing social media for artists, creators, or music brands A strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok culture (without chasing every trend) Confidence working directly with artists Strong organisation and communication skills A calm, thoughtful approach to content and growth
You don't need to be loud, viral, or online 24/7. You do need to be intentional, reliable, and curious.
