A lean, central role designed to scale with the agency.
What They OWN (Non-Negotiable)
They are accountable for outcomes in these areas:
1. Short-Form Content Engine (Primary Focus)
Ideation & research (trends, formats, hooks)
Content direction per model
Ensuring consistent daily posting across accounts
Improving reach, engagement, and growth over time
If socials stall ? this is on them.
2. Model Social Media Management
Direct communication with models for social content
Requesting, receiving, and refining content
Giving clear feedback to improve output
Keeping models consistent and on schedule
They become the
main point of contact
for social content (not you).
3. Posting & Distribution
Scheduling and posting content (IG / TikTok etc.)
Managing posting cadence
Ensuring nothing slips or gets missed
Handling phone-based posting (~1.5-2 hrs/day)
This replaces your current unreliable setup.
4. Quality Control & Organisation
Ensuring content is on-brand and usable
Light organisation of assets so nothing gets lost
Making sure editors / VAs (if any) have what they need
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 18,000.00-28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
