Role Overview



The Social Media Manager will lead Sharp Brains' global social media presence, ensuring strong digital visibility and brand positioning across all markets. This role is responsible for developing strategy, producing high-quality content, leading digital campaigns, analysing performance data, and enhancing Sharp Brains' global online reputation.

Key Responsibilities



Leadership & Team Management



Lead, mentor, and supervise the

Graphic Designer

and

Social Media Executive

. Assign tasks, manage workloads, set priorities, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines. Oversee quality control of graphics, videos, animations, and written content. Conduct regular team check-ins, performance feedback, and skills development. Ensure collaborative work between design, social media, sales, and marketing teams.

Social Media Strategy & Brand Building



Develop and implement a global social media strategy aligned with Sharp Brains' IT services and business goals. Position Sharp Brains as a leader in IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, business applications, field engineering, and BPO. Work with leadership to convert service expertise and business achievements into compelling digital stories.

Content Creation & Oversight



Oversee the production of graphics, videos, motion content, blogs, and service-related posts. Approve all content produced by the Graphic Designer and Social Media Executive before publishing. Maintain a consistent, high-quality posting schedule across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms as needed. Develop content calendars highlighting services, case studies, client success stories, innovations, and global operations.

Community Engagement



Monitor comments, messages, and interactions across platforms. Guide the Social Media Executive in responding professionally and efficiently. Build relationships with partners, clients, tech communities, and influencers relevant to Sharp Brains' global markets.

Campaigns & Digital Initiatives



Lead end-to-end digital campaigns for: Service launches Webinars & events Recruitment campaigns Thought-leadership series Global milestone announcements Ensure alignment between design, content, and campaign objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-functional digital initiatives.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation



Track key KPIs including engagement, impressions, conversions, and audience growth. Lead monthly performance reviews with senior management. Provide actionable insights to optimise content strategy and team performance. Use analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities across global markets.

Internal Collaboration



Work closely with IT Services, Managed Services, HR, Sales, and Business Applications teams to support communication priorities. Support creation of digital newsletters, internal announcements, and promotional materials. Ensure social media messaging aligns with Sharp Brains' values, mission, and global growth strategy.

Skills & Qualifications



Essential



Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Lead, ideally in IT or B2B sectors. Experience managing or mentoring junior team members (designer, executive, interns, etc.). Strong understanding of technology, IT services, cybersecurity, managed services, or digital transformation communications. Skilled in content strategy, social analytics, and campaign management. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Familiarity with design workflows and creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects and global campaigns.

Desirable



Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, IT, or related field. Experience working in global or multinational organisations. Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms, SaaS, or enterprise IT solutions. Video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX experience.

Pay: 32,000.00-36,000.00 per year
