Duties

Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to audience interactions. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media management. Manage public relations efforts related to social media campaigns, including outreach to influencers and partnerships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity in content creation. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices, particularly in the digital landscape. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance metrics. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A passion for staying current with social media trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
