We are seeking a
Marketing Manager
to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering marketing strategies across our diverse business areas. This is a
strategic and hands-on
position at the heart of ESG, perfect for someone who thrives on variety, creativity, and telling authentic stories that connect with different audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute marketing strategies for all ESG divisions
Manage all aspects of the marketing mix, including:
Advertising:
plan, book, and create magazine content
Social Media:
drive engagement through bold, creative content and storytelling across all platforms -- pushing boundaries and exploring new ideas
Flyer Campaigns:
produce and distribute materials to schools and clubs
Community Outreach:
coordinate door-to-door marketing in key catchment areas
Email Marketing:
design and send regular newsletters to segmented audiences
Website Management:
update content, improve SEO, and enhance user experience
Customer Insights:
monitor feedback and use data to refine marketing efforts
Hours
This is a part time marketing role that could flex up into a full time position, with sports coaching hours added.

Broad experience (or strong interest) in both
digital and traditional marketing
Excellent
project management
and organisational skills
Strong communicator and storyteller with the confidence to express brand personality across multiple channels

Pay: 16,000.00-26,520.00 per year
