Job Description

Group 12 is a growing group of nurseries with exciting expansion plans across the UK. We are looking for a

creative and proactive Marketing Manager

to join our team and help build awareness, manage social media, and support our brand across multiple settings.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and growing the social media presence for multiple nursery settings Creating engaging content and campaigns for social media platforms (posts, ads, stories, reels, etc.) Supporting branding initiatives and helping shape the identity of new nurseries as they open Running digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) to drive awareness and enquiries Liaising with web developers to ensure websites are up to date, user-friendly, and SEO-optimised Supporting directors with their

personal LinkedIn accounts

to build thought leadership and brand presence Working closely with our Director & Executive Support, to execute marketing strategies across the group

What We're Looking For:

Experience in

digital marketing, social media management, and content creation

Knowledge of running successful ad campaigns with measurable results Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills Organised and able to manage multiple brands/accounts at once Confidence in liaising with external partners (e.g. web developers, designers, advertisers) Previous experience in nurseries/early years is helpful, but not essential - we're happy to support the right person who is eager to learn our sector A team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and grow with us as we expand
