The Role
We're looking for an experienced
Social Media Manager
with a strong track record of managing multiple brands and the confidence to lead client relationships from start to finish. In this role, you'll take full ownership of the social media presence for a diverse portfolio of clients: planning, creating, and executing strategies that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive real business results.
You'll be responsible for the entire client lifecycle: supporting client acquisition, leading onboarding, managing ongoing relationships, and delivering creative output. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll help shape the direction of our social media offering and ensure the highest standards of delivery.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your ideas won't just be heard, they'll be implemented. If you thrive on content creation, strategic thinking, and making a tangible impact on small business success, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create and schedule engaging content tailored to each client's brand voice, audience, and objectives.
Be the primary point of contact for social media clients: you will be expected to build relationships and ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement platform specific social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Analyse performance metrics and produce clear, actionable reports with recommendations for optimisation.
Manage and maintain scheduling tools to ensure timely, consistent publishing across all client accounts.
Stay informed on the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices. Proactively advising clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team on multi-channel campaigns.
We're after someone who loves social media, enjoys working with local businesses, and thrives in a creative environment. Here's what we'd love to see:
Proven experience in social media management role, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment.
Confident communicator with strong organisational, account management, and client-facing skills.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their audiences, and analytics tools
Creative thinker with excellent copywriting abilities and a strong eye for branding, tone, and visual design.
Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva, and experienced with scheduling platforms like Sendible, Hootsuite, or similar.
Skilled in using Meta Business Suite and other platform-native tools to manage and optimise performance.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, fast-paced team.
Desirable (But Not Essential):
Experience in or knowledge of the hospitality industry
Understanding of SEO, GDPR, and content copyright considerations.
