Job Description

We are small, fast growing Trophy and Gift company looking for an enthusiastic and positive Product data and Content Creator to join our team.

We use a range of digital production techniques to produce personalised gift items including engraving, printing and glass etching.

Working as part of a team, you will assist in creating interesting and informative product data to add to the website and making sure it is accurately maintained. Your main roles will involve use of Excel spreadsheets to upload new product data, updating product images and working directly with suppliers to ensure data is up-to-date.

You will also be involved in managing our Social Media channels, creating engaging content to build the company's online presence, encourage customer interaction and grow brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate data entry of product data via Excel, Shopify and other CMS software Assist with the creation of social media content and report on performance and engagement. Assist with site editing tasks such as uploading images, articles, blogs, product specifications, while always ensuring accuracy and SEO best practices. Liaising with suppliers for support with any product data queries. Assist with any other office tasks as required during busy periods.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
