The Role:

We're looking for a confident and capable

Soft Play Supervisor

to help oversee day-to-day operations and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role ideal for someone with experience in hospitality, working with children, and supporting or leading a small team. The position is part-time to start, with the potential to develop into a full-time role as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising play areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for children Opening and closing the venue, including key holder duties Assisting in the cafe: taking orders, making drinks, and serving food Supporting with party bookings and private hire events Providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries or issues Leading by example and supporting junior team members

About You:

Experience in hospitality or cafe environments is essential Comfortable working around young children and families Previous key holder or supervisor experience preferred A natural team player with great communication skills Friendly, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves Flexible and able to work weekends and occasional early evenings
