We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Solar Installer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Solar Installer at TheGreenHomeCo., you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Your expertise will help our clients transition to clean energy and achieve their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair solar PV systems on residential and commercial properties. Conduct site assessments to ensure optimal system placement and performance. Perform electrical wiring and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes. Test and commission solar systems to ensure functionality and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed systems. Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an electrical installer, preferably in the solar industry. Strong understanding of electrical systems and PV installation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Knowledge of local and national electrical codes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in solar PV installation Electrical installation qualification Experience with solar energy storage systems.
