We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of solar panels and related equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

```Responsibilities```

- Assist in the installation of solar panels on rooftops or other structures

- Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar panel systems

- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and secure solar panels

- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues with solar panel systems

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

```Qualifications```

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools

- Experience with hand tools and power tools

- Basic understanding of electrical systems

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work at heights

- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies

Note: At least one year experience in a solar installation is required.
