What You'll Be Doing:

As a Solar PV Roofer at Solar4Good, you'll play a key role in installing rooftop solar systems safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with our electricians and project managers to ensure that every installation meets our high standards and leaves customers delighted.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

Installing all types of solar panels on pitched and flat roofs (tile, slate, metal). Carrying out DC cable runs neatly in conduits for electricians to complete their work efficiently. Working safely at heights using ladder, scaffolding etc. Providing basic layout or design plans for panel positioning if requested. Capturing clear pre- and post-installation photos as per Solar4Good's checklist and guidelines. Ensuring the installation site is left tidy and hazard-free. Following all UK safety and building regulations. Coordinating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

What We're Looking For:

Fully licensed or experienced roofer, confident with all types of PV panel installations. Hands-on experience with solar mounting systems and DC cable routing. Ability to use roofing tools, drills, anchors, and safety harnesses effectively. Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather. Great communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Valid CSCS card (preferred). UK driving licence Owns van/vehicle
