Rogers & Norton, a well-respected law firm based in Norwich, is offering a unique opportunity for a Solicitor Apprentice to join our Family Law team. This is an exciting chance to gain hands-on experience while working towards becoming a qualified solicitor (Level 7 Apprenticeship).
About the Role
As a Solicitor Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced solicitors and legal professionals in our Family Law team. You will gain practical experience across a range of family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and more.
What you'll be doing
Assisting solicitors with case preparation and legal research
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Attending client meetings and taking notes
Supporting the team in managing client files
Developing your understanding of family law procedures and client care
What we're looking for
5 GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A-C), including English and Maths A minimum of 3 A-levels (or equivalent qualifications)
A genuine interest in family law and a career in the legal profession
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A team player with high levels of professionalism and confidentiality
