We're seeking a passionate, experienced Supervising Solicitor to lead a thriving team in our Children Department committed to excellence, innovation, and client-focused care.

Who We're Looking for

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 3+ years PQE Experienced in public/private children law (complex casework included) Member of or working towards Children or Family Law Accreditation Strong team leader & motivator with a compassionate approach Confident managing your own caseload + legal aid (CCMS) processes Organised, detail-focused, and driven to make an impact

Lead & supervise a high-performing team Manage your own caseload of complex children matters Deliver top-tier, client-focused legal services Provide strategic legal advice and clear guidance Conduct advocacy where suitable Mentor junior staff and promote continuous learning Ensure compliance, quality, and performance across the team
