Overview



Pimberly is looking to recruit a Project Manager to play a key role in delivering PIM solutions for our clients. This is a strategic, client-facing position where you'll act as the main point of contact, owning projects end-to-end, from handover from Sales through delivery and into transition with Support.

You'll quickly build deep knowledge of the Pimberly platform and be trusted to guide clients through successful implementations, working closely with some of our most high-profile and ambitious customers. Every project brings new challenges, giving you constant opportunities to problem-solve, apply your analytical thinking, and deliver both technical and business-focused solutions across a wide range of industries.

You'll join a collaborative, high-trust team that values open communication, knowledge sharing, and mutual respect. We succeed together, support one another when challenges arise, and take pride in delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients.

The role operates on a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days per week in the office and the remainder working remotely. We also recognise the realities of working across time zones and offer flexibility where needed to support effective collaboration and a healthy work-life balance.

Success Measurements



Software Implementations - To successfully deliver multiple concurrent projects, on time and to budget in a fast paced role

Communications - Efficient and timely communication, highlighting and managing risks and concerns to appropriate stakeholders

Scope - Ensure scope is always clear, agreed and delivered

Learning and knowledge - Proactively learn about the Pimberly platform to enhance knowledge and self sufficiency

Key Responsibilities



Leading and managing multiple projects through design, build and transition Overseeing a PIM solution that meets both the needs of the clients and the requirements of the contract Negotiating and interacting at all levels both internally and externally, building and maintaining strong business relationships Facilitating the defintion of project scope, goals and deliverables Facilitate client workshops and kick off meetings Responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project Prepare and present timelines/deliverables to clients and ensure that internal teams are aligned on the plan Commercial and budget responsibilities, managing change controls where required Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Maintain an effective delivery methodology to ensure the timely identification, evaluation and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies whilst ensuring projects are delivered within the defined framework Provide best practice guidance to clients on how to deploy the solution Drive our company 'Enable' value ensuring clients are self-sufficient post launch with regular solution playbacks and skills transfer activites Providing support and assistance to professional service team members, customer support, account managers, and product/development - working collaboratively to achieve results Work internally to identify areas of continuous improvement for our products and processes Operating with high integrity and honesty to represent the business in a professional manner Identify new opportunities outside of project scope

Knowledge and Skills for Success



Extensive experience of customer-focused project management/lead position at a SaaS or software company Ability to manage multiple projects/people and processes at any given time?with strong commercial awareness Determined and flexible approach to successfully achieve business targets and the client project goals Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to facilitate meetings and liaise with senior stakeholders Demonstrate the ability to listen and understand client needs A sales 'savvy' approach able to identify opportunities where? appropriate Genuine passion for delivering ground-breaking solutions and facilitating IT innovation Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mind to find solutions to technical challenges Experience and understanding of technology utilised within the Retail/Supply chain space would be beneficial Self motivated, tenacious and a balanced individual who brings a 'can do' attribute to work everyday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 65,000.00-70,000.00 per year
