About the role

We are currently looking for a strong all round Solutions Architect, ideally with a digital lens.

You will play a major role that will enable us to select, build, implement and improve our architecture for our various digital channels such as our public/customer facing web sites.

As a Solutions Architect in Digital, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the architecture while working closely with other architects, developers, testers, business analysts and stakeholders to ensure that our digital platforms meets the business requirements and aligns with our strategic vision and principles. We are looking for someone who can take a holistic view of all the components that make up our digital platforms. You will also provide guidance and support to the delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that the platform is built according to the best practices and standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A proven track record of delivering complex and large-scale enterprise solutions, ideally within digital.
  • Broad range of experience as a Solutions Architect.
  • Ensure individual components are compatible, capable of operating together in a connected ecosystem (components cannot be considered in isolation).
  • A solid experience of working with agile methodologies (such as Scrum or Kanban) and DevOps tools (such as Jenkins, Git, Terraform, etc.)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
  • A relevant certification or qualification in architecture or integration (such as TOGAF)
