In this role you will thrive within fast-paced and transforming environments - both within Genpact as well as our clients, advisors and partners we work with. You will manage a passionate team of professionals to deliver market leading and differentiated value in projects such as:
Responsibilities
Enterprise level strategy review and development (inc. CPO, CFO, CXO engagement)
Digital and AI strategy creation and realization
Operating model design, business case, roadmap including implementation
Strategic sourcing and category transformation
Accelerated cost take out programmes
Platform deployment, transformation and optimization of leading applications such as Ariba, Coupa. ServiceNow as well as Genpact proprietary assets and IP
P2P and procurement operations transformation/improvement
Responsibilities
As part of the practice leadership team you will help set strategic direction, drive employee engagement, and contribute to building offerings and intellectual property
Be the product owner, develop and lead Genpact's advisory capability across Source to Contract offerings, with a specific focus on strategic sourcing and cost take out capabilities
Have direct line management responsibility for a team of consultants and matrixed responsibility for project based global team members to deliver results that delight our clients
Working with the broader Genpact sales and client teams, you will lead sales efforts for our S2P consulting programs (including cross selling broader Genpact capabilities) to drive significant top line growth both through new engagements and through establishing Genpact as transformation partner for our existing clients
Provide management and business oversight to ensure achievement of key financial metrics (e.g. booking, revenue, utilization, margin) as well quality of overall performance and delivery
Build market and brand awareness by participating in industry analyst discussions, publishing insights, and driving relevant marketing activities
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/ Skills
Proven track record of success in a consulting/advisory environment in both revenue generation and client delivery
The executive gravitas to influence CXO decision and work within a matrixed structure
Ability to lead, build and develop talent
Deep subject matter experience in category management, sourcing and cost take out programmes ideally across both direct and indirect commodities
Detailed and practical knowledge of end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities including application of data, technology and AI
Analytical skills to identify business and commercial risks to partners and propose solutions which are supported by data and analysis
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Range of cross industry experience
Comfort driving digital transformation through either off the shelf technologies or bespoke interventions
