Wednesday
- Dinner only
Thursday - Saturday
- Lunch & Dinner
Sunday
- Lunch service only (12-6)
Monday & Tuesday
- Closed
Small, focused brigade including Head Chef, CDP and Commis, with additional support where needed.

Modern pub classics
- not huge, but everything is made from scratch with a focus on quality.
Progression opportunities
: Training and experience available across all of our client's
6 restaurants, all located nearby.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef with menu development and daily specials.
Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring smooth service.
Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and consistency.
Support with ordering, stock control, and waste management.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
Train, motivate, and support junior kitchen staff.
