Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and food production.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications and food safety standards.
Maintain inventory levels and manage food costs effectively.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Step in for the Head Chef during absences.
