We have an opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or a Senior Sous Chef looking to join our dynamic team at Charwood, we are a multi award winning restaurant, bar with function rooms.
This is a busy restaurant and you will be using local and seasonal produce, and ensuring brand standards are adhered to, maintained and developed with quality and consistency. Working with fresh produce to the highest standards, you will be joining one of Edinburgh's leading independent hospitality companies with opportunities to develop.
Experience of being a Sous Chef is essential for this role and able to manage a team of chefs with attention to detail on presentation and service.
