Chef - Elegant Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team in delivering authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine with a focus on artisan pizza and refined traditional dishes.

The Role:

As Chef, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting Italian classics with care, consistency, and creativity. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help maintain the high standards that define our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, especially pizza, pasta, and antipasti Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation of every plate Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high hygiene standards Contribute to daily prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service Uphold food safety and health & safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine preferred) A passion for traditional Italian cooking and fresh ingredients Experience with pizza preparation and working with dough is a strong advantage Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to consistency Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive, respectful attitude Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate or willingness to obtain
