We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and safety, along with excellent leadership skills to supervise kitchen staff effectively. Responsibilities
At least 2 Year Experience in south Indian Dosa Making & Porata Making
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen.
Create innovative and delicious menu items that reflect current culinary trends.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and special event offerings.
Maintain high standards of presentation for all dishes served to guests.
Handle any customer feedback or complaints regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.
