Level 2 Apprenticeship in Beauty Therapy.

40 hours a week.

We are recruiting for a Spa Therapist Apprentice to join our apprenticeship scheme from September 2025.

We are looking for a hard-working and bubbly apprentice to join our friendly and award-winning team! The successful candidate will receive their Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification funded by The Malvern. In return, you will work within the business learning all aspects of the spa.

Our ideal candidate will possess first-class communication skills, an eye for detail, the ability to use people skills to make customers feel comfortable and relaxed.

This role is full time, 5 days per week including training days. Until you are qualified to perform treatments, you will be expected to assist in all areas of the business including spa hosting, reception, restaurant, laundry, and cleaning duties.

We are proud to work with desirable spa brands such as Elemis, CACI, and CND. We have in-house trainers as well as regular training and refresher sessions to ensure you reach your full potential and progress with us.

Our facilities include 14 treatment rooms, a unique 20m hydrotherapy pool, featuring an indoor to outdoor swim door. A thermal suite including a Herb Sauna, Kelo Sauna, Crystal Steam Room, Salt Grotto and Foot Baths. We have 3 state of the art garden pods, a gymnasium and Relax Room. Our boutique hotel offers 32 bedrooms and one luxury suite.

Apprentice wage; 7.55 per hour.
