We are seeking a delivery partner to collaborate with us in expanding and strengthening our Alternative Provision offer. This is a joint venture opportunity for an organisation that shares our passion for transforming lives and wants to combine expertise to deliver outstanding outcomes for young people.

Co-design and deliver tailored AP programmes that combine education, sport, and personal development. Share resources, knowledge, and networks to maximise impact. Provide schools and local authorities with innovative, high-quality alternatives to mainstream education. Build a sustainable and scalable model of provision that benefits the wider community.
Who We're Looking For

We'd love to connect with those who:

Already deliver, or are seeking to deliver (but have experience in AP), education, training, youth engagement, or wellbeing programmes. Share our values of inclusion, resilience, and empowerment. Are open to joint working, innovation, and creating long-term impact. Bring complementary skills or services -- e.g., accredited education delivery, mentoring, therapeutic support, employability pathways & experience within AP already.

Pay: 24,420.00-35,000.00 per year
