Specialist Finance Case Manager

Responsibilities:

Case Management:

Efficiently manage a pipeline of complex finance applications from submission to completion, with a focus on second-charge mortgages and bridging finance.

Lender Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients, lenders, and brokers, ensuring clear communication and the timely submission of all necessary documents.

Client Support:

Provide exceptional administrative support and customer service, keeping clients informed and confident throughout the application process.

Compliance:

Maintain meticulous records and ensure all work adheres to FCA and company policies.

Broker Collaboration:

Work closely with our specialist brokers to ensure applications are packaged correctly and progressed as quickly as possible.

What We're Looking For:

CeMAP qualified

(essential). Demonstrable experience in

second-charge mortgages

and

bridging finance

. Proven experience in a case manager or mortgage administrator role. A meticulous and highly organised approach to your work. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
