About us

Hermanos Colombian Coffee Roasters is our story as two brothers, Victor & Santiago, originally from Colombia and our passion for speciality coffee.

All our coffee is Colombian Arabica speciality grade and we carefully select the best coffee beans and hand roast each batch (medium - light roasts) to ensure that you get the perfect cup. In line with what many call the 3rd wave of coffee, our focus is on the quality of the coffee beans, experimenting with new preparation methods, communicating the story behind the beans and the farmers, and sharing that knowledge and experience with our customers.

We are an Independent Colombian Coffee Roasters and our aim is to bring the amazing flavours of Colombian coffee to the UK. We currently operate nine coffee shops across London and with very exciting expansion plans.

We are currently looking for a manager for our shop in Portobello Road, to come and help us achieve our vision, and help us grow.

You will be expected to manage the day to day operations of the site, including stock management, manage your own team, and rota management, monitoring quality standards, supporting marketing activities, and cash & till management among others

We aim to create an engaging and fun environment for both our customers and employees, this includes running coffee tasting sessions and learning about the different varieties of Colombian coffee that we roast and sell.

We are looking for people who want to build a career in the coffee business and develop their knowledge in addition to their skill sets.
