Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling coffee shop. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for coffee and hospitality, along with strong leadership skills to inspire and manage our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences. Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and special offerings. Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and budgeting.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a hospitality or food service environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in food preparation, with an understanding of culinary techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in a coffee shop or similar setting is advantageous. A passion for coffee culture and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
