Specification Sales Manager – Landscaping
Job Description
These extremely exciting positions are working for a leading manufacturer of landscaping products including natural stone, porcelain, paving and stone walling. The successful candidates will be selling 70% into Landscaping Architects and Local Authorities winning projects and protecting specifications with the remaining 30% working with Contractors/Installers to ensure projects are followed through to completion. You will be proactively creating a pipeline through tracking projects from Architects through to the Contractors, you will also work closely with my clients separate merchant team. Focusing heavily on commercial projects they include the likes of Healthcare, Education, Leisure and Retail. I have broken down the regions below: * South West / South Wales
- West Midlands
- East Midlands
- Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Bucks, Beds, Herts, Cambs

I am seeking high calibre specification sales professionals from within the Heavyside product sectors. Knowledge of Landscaping or a related product is highly advantageous however not essential for the right applicant. You must be a proactive and tenacious sales individual who has the ability to no only win specifications but also manage projects through to completion.
