Your Role at a Glance:

Clinical & Operational Duties

Deliver high-quality sports massage and rehab sessions Support therapists in treatment planning, client care, and SOAP notes Coordinate team rotas, room bookings, and clinic flow Lead staff briefings, assist with in-house training, and mentor junior staff Oversee stock levels, room hygiene, and general clinic readiness Manage client concerns and provide 5-star service follow-up
Business & Leadership Support

Track and report KPIs (client retention, rebooking, reviews) Collaborate on marketing content and social media (optional) Support onboarding of new team members Contribute to service innovation and client journey improvements

Who We're Looking For:

Essential Desirable Level 5 Sports Massage qualified or degree-level in Sports Therapy or related field Level 4 or 5 Massage/Rehab trained Strong communication skills Previous management role in a clinic setting Confident with client rebooking Social media/marketing confidence Organised and client-focusedFirst Aid or pitch-side trained

Working Hours

5 days per week (including possible evenings or weekends) Example Shift: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with a 30-minute break)
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
