We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Strategy and Operations, who will play a key role in taking the Professional Services organization to the next level. The successful candidate will have experience driving processes and operations to deliver on business outcomes, facilitating multiple complex projects with minimal oversight and direction, and working with cross-functional, distributed teams. You\'ll be comfortable dealing with uncertainty, and be able to put structure to complex business and operations problems. You\'ll be on the ground floor of a rapidly-growing team, with high visibility and impact across senior leadership at the company.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

  • Refine and implement business strategy and operations for Professional Services
  • Scope, launch, and manage new service pilots, tracking KPIs to inform go/no-go decisions
  • Research and launch new services partner ecosystem, managing relationships with key partners
  • Become an expert on industry trends and our customer\'s needs through market research and surveys, and incorporate learnings into new and existing service offerings
  • Drive decision-making and implementation of tools and processes to improve efficiency of our services
  • Scope and lead multiple projects and ensure the team stays on track for defined goals and milestones
  • Build strong internal relationships with teams including Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to ensure alignment and execute on cross-functional objectives
  • Capture and track metrics to inform our progress, and report to the senior leadership team
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
  • 4+ years of work experience, in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or operations for high growth technology companies
  • Strong commercial instincts
  • Data-driven, analytical and a problem-solver
  • Demonstrated experience with strategic / operational projects that have many moving parts
  • A balance of big picture thinking and detail-oriented execution when it comes to launching new pilots and playbooks
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and problem solve with cross-functional and external partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate thoughtfully with technical and non-technical groups across all organizational levels
  • Motivated and action-oriented team player, with track record of success in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Google Suite, Salesforce, and BI and project management tools.
  • BA/BS preferred

  • Deep understanding of restaurants and/or the restaurant technology space
  • Experience in professional services or building partner ecosystems
  • Advanced degree (MBA/MS)

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.

Pay Range

$116,000\xe2\x80\x94$186,000 USD
