About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our nursing team in Haverfordwest. This is a full-time role offering a balanced
days and nights rotational shift pattern
, ensuring variety and excellent exposure to both acute and long-term nursing care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.
Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
Oversee care staff during shifts, ensuring smooth handovers.
Carry out assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with best practice.
Ensure compliance with NMC standards, CQC regulations, and internal policies.
Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents.
Requirements
NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Strong clinical skills with the ability to work both days and nights.
Previous experience in a care home or nursing home setting is desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
A compassionate and patient-centred approach to nursing.
