We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the well-being of patients across various clinical settings. Duties
Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans.
Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Monitor patients' vital signs and observe for any changes in condition, reporting findings to the medical team promptly.
Assist with medical procedures and support patients during examinations or treatments.
Educate patients and their families on health management, medication use, and post-discharge care instructions.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Uphold infection control standards and maintain a safe, clean environment within the healthcare setting.
Qualifications
Valid registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or relevant professional body.
Proven experience in patient care within a hospital or clinical environment is desirable.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
Competence in medication administration, including intravenous therapies where applicable.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate patient support.
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
