We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

to join a highly reputable care service located in

Haslemere (GU27)

. This role offers stable full-time hours with a rotating weekly shift pattern and competitive pay based on experience.

As an RMN, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health care, supporting residents with complex needs, and ensuring a safe, therapeutic, and person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-standard clinical and mental health care in line with NMC guidelines Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans Administer medication safely and accurately Provide compassionate support to residents with mental health needs, dementia, and challenging behaviours Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external professionals Lead and supervise support staff to ensure safe and effective practice Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Contribute to a positive, supportive, and therapeutic environment

Requirements

Valid NMC Registration - RMN only

? Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs
? Strong clinical judgement and risk assessment skills
? Excellent communication, compassion, and teamwork abilities
? Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating weekly pattern
