Staff Nurse - Band 5 - Bracken & Heather Ward at Airedale Centre for Mental Health

What You'll Do



Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based care as a named nurse



Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans



Take responsibility for the ward on shift, ensuring safety and positive patient experience



Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team



Empower service users and advocate for their choice



What We're Looking For



Registered Mental Nursing Certificate (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD)



Experience in mental health settings (placement or substantive)



Excellent communication and decision-making skills



A positive, adaptable and empathetic approach



Commitment to professional development and team working
