What you'll be doing...

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team to ensure effective day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in motivating team members, managing performance, and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with company goals.

Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve performance targets and service standards Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Act as the first point of contact for team queries, guidance, and problem-solving Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and coaching where needed Support onboarding and training of new team members Promote a positive, collaborative working environment Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and relevant regulations Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements Communicate effectively with other teams, departments, or external partners as needed

Working pattern:

Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
