Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Stairlift Engineer at A M STAIRLIFTS LTD. The position is on-site and located in Nottinghamshire. The Stairlift Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of stairlifts. Daily tasks include conducting site assessments, assembling and fitting stairlift components, performing routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and regulations. The role also involves interacting with clients to demonstrate stairlift functionality and provide user instructions.
Qualifications
Technical skills in mechanical engineering, electrical systems, and diagnostics Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair work Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations
