Duties

Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that food production meets quality standards and is delivered in a timely manner. Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient teamwork and effective communication. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Assist in menu planning, including the selection of seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead kitchen staff effectively. Creativity in menu development and presentation of dishes. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to help create memorable dining experiences for guests.
