Duties
Oversee all aspects of food production, including cooking, plating, and presentation
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene within the kitchen
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to uphold organisational standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
Experience
Proven experience within a busy culinary environment
Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation techniques
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in a professional kitchen setting
Experience in menu development, food presentation, and customer service is advantageous
Demonstrated organisational skills
