The role As a Station Supervisor, you'll:
Lead and support the station and booking office team
Keep customers informed with announcements and updates
Assist passengers, including those needing extra support
Manage rosters and supplies to keep things running smoothly
Coordinate with Traincrew, Control and Depot Managers to minimise delays
No two days are the same -- you'll be at the centre of the action, making sure journeys run safely and smoothly.
About you
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in a supervisory or team leader role
Strong communication and people skills
The ability to stay calm and organised during disruption
Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing situations
A commitment to customer service and safety
32,299 Plus aggregation and overtime allowance
