An exciting opportunity to join YMCA Lincolnshire's Airplay Team, delivering high-quality youth services on site for service children.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Station Youth Worker to lead and deliver a range of Airplay sessions for children and young people aged 6-18 from military families.

Our Youth Service at YMCA Lincolnshire aims to create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where young people can develop and thrive.

The role focuses on providing enrichment activities, social connection, and pastoral support, helping young people thrive in the unique context of service life.

You'll be part of a passionate team committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.

Airplay and Ben Clubs are the RAF Benevolent Fund's youth support programme, providing youth club sessions on RAF stations and access to the digital platform Airplay Connect, developed for children living on and away from stations.
