Store Associate (golf Product Knowledge Essential)

Exciting Opportunity - Golfclubs4cash are Europe's number one used golf equipment company and it's almost three years since we opened our doors here in Warrington. Since we opened, we have served thousands of customers and rehomed over 150,000 pieces of used equipment. We are situated just down the road from the Warrington Wolves Stadium and are fast becoming the destination for thousands of golfers.
A lot of what we do is about our online business, but we are looking for a colleague to come on board in our growing store team. Ideally the candidate would have a history of selling golf products, have loads of knowledge and eat, drink, sleep the game.
At the facility, golfers will be able to trade in their old clubs for a competitive value to either receive cash or the value to spend on goods. We then list the items online and sell them in our showroom.
We have a first class team who are fast being recognised as the go to team for selling golf clubs in the North West. That's because our team understand our customers and our customers understand us. We don't try to be anything that we are not, we are genuine and not motivated by anything other than helping golfers in the North West.
This role is just about building great relationships with our customers. There are no individual sales targets - the team achieve its success together.
The key details are:
- Availability between Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week full time )- weekends off on a roster basis
- Great golf knowledge as explained above
- Team players only - we are building a great team - work is always more fun when the team is right.
