Store Operations Support Manager

Job Description

The Store Operations Support Manager plays a vital role in keeping our Eden Mobility stores trading successfully. You will provide full store management cover across the UK, stepping into any of our locations to deliver strong leadership, great customer experience, and consistent sales performance.

This role mirrors all responsibilities of an Eden Store Manager, with the added requirement of travel, flexibility, and the ability to quickly adapt to different store environments and teams. You will be the person we can rely on to maintain standards, drive performance, and champion our customers wherever you are deployed.

A fully expensed company van is provided, along with hotel accommodation when required.

Key Responsibilities



Store Leadership and Operations



Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of stores you are assigned to support. Maintain Eden's high retail standards, ensuring stores are clean, compliant, and operationally excellent. Open and close the store, manage finances, process banking, and ensure company procedures are followed. Maintain accurate stock levels and support delivery of stock-related processes. Supporting the wider business where needed Stock Transfers Training of new colleagues as we continue our rapid growth journey

Customer Experience



Deliver exceptional service to every customer, demonstrating empathy, product expertise, and a solution-focused approach. Build rapport with customers and confidently demonstrate mobility products, tailoring solutions to individual needs. Manage customer queries, complaints, and aftersales with professionalism and care.

Sales and Performance



Drive sales performance in line with Eden's targets and commission structure. Maximise conversion, average order value, and chair sales by actively engaging with walk-in customers. Support promotional campaigns, new product launches, and in-store marketing activity.

Adaptability and Travel



Provide flexible cover across the UK at short notice to support business needs. Quickly acclimatise to new environments, following store processes and integrating with local teams. Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues across multiple regions.

Compliance and Safety



Ensure compliance with company policies, including H&S, retail standards, safeguarding, and financial controls. Follow all driving, mileage, and van care requirements, ensuring safe and responsible vehicle use.

What We're Looking For



Experience in retail store management, ideally in a customer-centric or consultative sales environment. Confident salesperson who can independently drive performance. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Highly adaptable, organised, and able to work autonomously. Willingness to travel nationwide with overnight stays where required. Full UK driving licence. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to Eden's values and customer-first culture.
