Booking Goods In/Out and completion of relevant paperwork
Updating of trackers and stock management systems.
Responding to general enquires.
Updating finance system with goods in received.
Stock count creation and results processing alongside Stores Supervisor
Liaise with suppliers, couriers and internal departments to resolve issues
Prepare and maintain inventory reports when requested
Coordinate dispatch and delivery of outgoing goods
Undertake additional administrative duties as required
Comply with all health and safety regulations within the Stores area and wider business
Qualifications and Experience required for the role:
Essential:
Good understanding of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience in a stores or warehouse administrative role
English
Good understanding of stock control
Desirable:
Competent with inventory software
Basic knowledge of health and safety processes and requirements
Skills and Knowledge criteria:
Essential:
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
