Stores Person/ Assistant

E.W. Gee Ltd Electrical Contractors, a family-operated business with over 50 years of experience in the domestic electrical installation (new build) industry, is seeking a dedicated Stores Person/ Assistant, which will also include occasional driving and delivering orders to new build construction sites, to join our team at our Head Office in Whitfield.

Role Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Receive, check, and store incoming stock deliveries.

Replenish stock in the stores as needed.

Assist with stock rotation and conduct stock audits.

Accurately and efficiently obtain items from stock for site orders, ensuring timely packaging and dispatch.

Occasional driving and delivering orders to various new build construction sites throughout Kent and Sussex as required.

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of electrical products and/or experience in an electrical wholesale environment.

Previous experience working in stores or warehouses.

Requirements:

Ability to perform manual physical tasks involving lifting and moving stock.

. A full, clean UK driving license.

Job Details:

Hours: 07:30-17:00, Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
