- Full Time OR Part Time Line Cook

We are looking for a full time CDP/ line cook.

Brother Thai are a reputable Thai Street Food restaurant known throughout Cardiff and South Wales. Our ethos is a small menu kitchen working in a fast paced environment as one team foh and boh.

The job will involve working all the sections, from cooking, fryers, plating, prep work, and general duties.

The right person would have experience in a similar environment. The pace and intensity of our venue means you are calm under pressure, can multi-task, work cleanly and are well disciplined with good knife skills and takes pride working in a commercial kitchen.

We have ambitions to grow this company so the right candidate will also benefit in the long-run by joining us now.

Staff also benefit with an equal share of all tips.
