We're looking for a proactive and organised Studio Administrator to support the smooth running of our busy visual effects studio.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the Head of Operations to keep the studio organised and thriving. From managing calendars and coordinating interviews to welcoming visitors and making sure the studio environment is ready for our team and clients.
Some of what you'll get up to here:
Be one of the go-to people for studio support and staff queries.
Support with managing the studio calendar, meetings, and interview scheduling.
Assist with onboarding new starters and supporting recruitment.
Keep the studio running smoothly, supplies, spaces, and day-to-day logistics.
Support with admin tasks such as time logs, invoices, and NDAs.
Contribute to social media posts, internal newsletters and communication.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Friendly, approachable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with changing priorities.
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.

Please note,
we will require you to work in-person at our studio alongside the Head of Operations, so proximity to Cambridge UK is essential. Applications from candidates who are not able to work in-person at our Cambridge studio unfortunately cannot be considered.
